Think of your quality assurance manager as your eyes and ears on the ground, keeping you up to date with exactly what’s happening during construction. Our role is to ensure that the building you get is fit for purpose and meets all building code requirements.
Monitoring compliance
As your agent on-site, we carry out construction compliance monitoring, accepting and reviewing of compliance documentation and management of the Code Compliance Certificate application and approval process.
Your onsite representation
This work includes ongoing communication with contractors, the council, you and your stakeholders. Our quality assurance managers attend construction meetings on your behalf, ensuring that your interests are represented throughout the build process.
