How we did it
Our long-standing relationship with both Northbridge Properties, and New Shoots, made this a collaborative project. The development proposal which was staged to allow Northbridge flexibility included: the childcare centre and a two storey commercial building fronting Hobsonville Road that includes a café, personal service units and office space.
While this application was originally notified, our understanding of consenting and the relationships we have in council meant that we could have open discussions with council resulting in a workable solution and a non-notified and approved outcome.
