Logan comes from a Planning background, having a Bachelors and Masters of Planning Degree, and over a decades experience as a Planner in both the private and local government sectors. During this time Logan worked on both sides of the equation, driving new private development and assessing complex consent applications on behalf of council – always remaining focussed on making things happen.
Paul founded Establish along with fellow Director, Logan Whitelaw, having earlier worked with Logan in a planning consultancy. He has 10 years’ experience as a Planner and Project Manager, working across the country. Paul shares Logan’s desire to raise the quality of early learning environments across New Zealand and enjoys seeing clients’ projects brought to fruition.
Paul has a developed an extensive network of contacts in the development, construction and early learning space.
Gareth is an experienced Project Manager, having worked for more than 10 years in the fields of project management, resource management and town planning. In that time Gareth has worked for both public and private sector organisations in New Zealand as well as construction projects in the United Kingdom.
Gareth brings his experience and network of contacts to bear in managing and coordinating the delivery of projects for clients.
