Creators Educational Trust & KN Properties approached Establish with a proposal back in 2013 when they acquired four adjoining residential sites. With a development strategy in place and moving forward with the client's vision, our planners prepared and lodged a resource consent application that sought to amalgamate the residential sites into a single site, to maximise the development controls of the District Plan.
