How we did it
We obtained resource consent to increase the number of children from 25 to 30, formalise six FTE staff, and to extend the hours of operation from 8:00am – 6:00pm to 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday at the existing childcare centre located within the Residential,Single Housing zone.
Auckland Council agreed with our Planners that the proposal did not represent a significant increase in the scale and intensity of effects over which is already permitted for this zone and in the Operative Plan.
