In partnership with LifeStyle Architectural Services, we’ve recently prepared this early learning centre resource consent application which once constructed will provide space for up to 80 children. Based on similar projects that we have been involved with, this development requires the amalgamation of two adjoining sites, earthworks and surrounding works in order to facilitate the centre, its car park and outdoor play areas. Site challenges include bush covenants, access in proximity to an intersection and noise received.
