How we did it
New Shoots have become an industry leader in the childcare space through their bespoke design, construction, operation and centre furnishing. For this project Establish were engaged by Oyster Capital to provide pre-application advice and a full resource consent solution. Whenuapai Village is a 31.4 hectare landholding located on the western corner of Brigham Creek Road and Totara Road.
