How we did it
Establish obtained resource consent for this 100 space early learning centre development located in Haswell, Christchurch.
Working closely with the client through the site selection and feasibility stages, our team were able to de-risk the resource consent process and deliver a non-notified and approved consent.
For this project, the early learning centre will be constructed over four lots totalling an area of 2012sq.m. within the new Cloverden subdivision.
