Establish obtained resource consent for this 55 space early learning centre development located in Mount Roskill.
Working closely with the client through the site selection and feasibility stages, our team were able to de-risk the resource consent process and deliver a non-notified and approved consent.
For this project, resource consent was required for the activity and infringements to the intensity level, parking and loading standards, landscaping, screening and impermeable surface requirements of the District Plan.
