How we did it
This Manly development began with Establish identifying and assessing a residential site that was for sale. Once the site was secured, an architectural plan was drafted, and an application for resource consent was submitted through our premium service arrangements with council. Upon consent being approved, we were able to share this ECE development opportunity with our database of developers and operators. When partnered, we put together the project team, prepared and progressed the building consent application through Auckland Council.
