How we did it
Completed in July 2018, House of Wonders is designed to include sustainable building methods, materials and local cultural references. The brief for this project was to develop a childcare centre that met the needs of the centre and the local community, while also acknowledging the rich cultural history of the site. For this project, Establish were involved with site finding, developer and operator introductions, consultation and the provision of a full resource consent solution.
