How we did it
Establish were involved with this project from conception and through the resource consent process. Early on, a strategy was put in place by our team that saw the development being staged into three parts. The staging allowed physical works to get underway, and for consent conditions and timeframes to be split from one and other. This project unlocked land through a staged mixed use development and typifies a style of development that is becoming more common across the country.
