How we did it
Establish obtained resource consent for this 65 space early learning centre development located in Stratford, Taranaki. Working closely with the client through the site selection and feasibility stages, our team was able to de-risk this development and deliver a non-notified and approved consent. Stage two of the development involves an integrated land use and subdivision consent to construct 15 residential houses and subdivide around the approved development.
