How we did it
Establish first met with the developer of this Rolleston project to gain an understanding of their needs and expectations, and then partnered them with the operators of Three Trees Learning Centre.
Once engaged, Establish provided site finding, site feasibility and pre-application advice, stakeholder advice and the preparation of resource consent documentation. What made this project successful was that our team were able to have open discussions with Selwyn District Council to ultimately deliver on our strategy, non-notified and granted.
