How we did it
New Shoots have become an industry leader in the childcare space through their bespoke design, construction, operation and centre furnishing. For this Pakuranga project, Establish were engaged for services which included site finding, site feasibility and pre-application advice, liaising with stakeholders, and the preparation of resource consent documentation.
What made this project be approved on a non-notified basis, was that our team were able to have open discussions with the processing planner to ultimately deliver on our strategy and the New Shoot vision.
