How we did it
Given that the provision of new ECE services are part of the Ministry of Education’s New School’s initiative, our work was eased somewhat in that we could submit an Outline Plan of Works (OPW) to council rather than a resource consent application.
The OPW was accepted without change and subsequently the building consent process commenced.
