How we did it
The built form was the key driver and focus for Fantails and the architect, who worked to ensure the building would be both distinctive and iconic, but of a scale and design that allowed the development to sit within the site, rather than dominating it.
Rather than a building form and layout traditionally seen in childcare centre developments, it was decided to produce a form that would provide visual interest to the primary Millwater Parkway road frontage.
